Appalling service, could not stream a full episode of anything in one go. Emailed to cancel on the 11th October one day before my trial ended and they "ignored it" they sent me an email from an un-monitored email box, handy ay. I provided screen shots that I canceled and I had not watched any shows in that month, but the refused to refund me. I got a refund through my credit card company! My own credit card company paid this terrible companys bill!

I would love to give this joke of a company ZERO stars but sadly that's not an option. I have never dealt with such HORRIBLE customer service in my life. The app is junk, the website sucks even more and clearly Hayu doesn't give one Sh&t because I have written them over 10 emails and the response I get back is "uninstall the app" which I has done numerous times. Then they tell me they are closing the ticket and that's if they even respond at all. The fact they charge money for this embarrassment is almost laughable if I could find anything funny in this. The employees don't care at all how the customer feels. If this was free it would still cost too much. I think they need to get it together because if you take a look at the reviews you can see I don't stand alone. I could go on and on about how this company is legit the worst but if you don't believe me, give it a try and tell me how many shows you can watch fully without problems. I have 99 problems and Hayu is all of them. Get better.. be better... its almost 2020. I would recommend this company to NO ONE, not even my enemies. I told Hayu I would be letting everyone I know my thoughts and as you can tell, they couldn't care any less.

If I could give it a zero I would. And sooo thankful I had a free trial so I don’t have to pay for such a poor service. The content is fine but 10 minutes in to one episode of something, it had buffered constantly and just totally stopped a few times. I’m using the app in an Xbox so have no idea what it’s like on other devices. And my internet is fine, 300 mbps should be able to handle HD.

I have been using HayU on and off for years now and quite honestly it is no longer worth the hassle. Access gets randomly cancelled ‘as a system error’, sometimes I’m not able to log in at all when the subscription is active. Result being, you end up paying for something you can’t use. Customer Services take an extremely long time to get back to you to rectify any issues - on average about 2 weeks however have had multiple instances where they do not get back at all. After chasing, had a couple of months free as compensation then again, account gets cancelled and have to go through the loop again. Their answer is to keep creating accounts with different emails - obviously there is a larger system issue with Hayu subscriptions. Interface is also visually much better now but functionality is not up to scratch - not able to press play, buttons greyed our etc. Extremely poor customer service & experience. If you subscribe do so through amazon where you can use their customer service as Apple have no involvement with the HayU app.

Omg what a palava Sign up and within a few days I u subscribe, then the next month I do the same. Why or why do my programmes never play, but the stuff I don't wanna watch ALWAYS plays!! Do they do this on purpose? Pure aggregation

I had credit card fraud and someone signed me up for many things with fake accounts. HAYU was the only company I could not reach by phone to cancel. My credit card company said HAYU was the only one they could not contact either. Eventually, I could reach them via online chat and they found a way to cancel the fraudulent account but they would not provide a refund. ALL the other companies I had to deal with gave refunds!

Don't subscribe them. Stay with Netflix. If you have any issue with your billing then rest assured they will do there best to take money from you. Exactly what you expect from a third rated streaming service.
