Worst company ever, worst company service. DON'T BUY MEMBERSHIP

I've only been using hayu for a couple weeks and I've already had to contact they're support team several times with different issues. This website is ridiculous. It's constantly malfunctioning making it hard to use. If it wasn't the only way for me to watch KUWTK then I would have given up after the first issue. Get it together hayu.

Good shows, but terrible site with problems all the time.

I cancelled my subscription, still got charged, got nowhere trying to communicate with the company. Tried to log on as I was paying ANYWAY and it asked me to subscribe before I could access the service. Tried again with no success so gave up and it now transpires I have been paying twice for months and I’m getting absolutely nowhere with any sort of resolution. Avoid at all costs and if you “ try” to cancel keep and eye on your billing because they will continue to charge you. Not happy at all

I am a victim of credit card fraud and I have emailed this company several times, provided them proof of the charges with my credit card via screen shots they provided me a case number but never followed up after several attempts in trying to contact them. I also had a misc ATM charge of .09 from England. I live in the USA. People protect your credit cards online apparently tis the season for identity theft again.

If this app worked it would be brilliant! Far too many bugs. If I see ‘error retry’ one more time I’ll scream! Even watching online on my laptop it’s rare I can get to the end of an episode without incident. It either stops all together or scoots back to the same point in the programme over and over again. Downloading to watch offline is like playing roulette. Sometimes it plays, sometimes no picture, sometimes you can’t access it at all! Bug fixing is obviously not a priority to these people.

It really is not worth paying for as you are NOT getting your money’s worth hayu need to re invest all the subscribers monies into their site Absolutely shocking! You’ve been warned!
