I cannot even watch anything but still have to pay for subscription! And no refund?!

Hayu...your service doesn't work. People are paying for something they can't even use. Terrible streaming platform. I had the exact same issue in Oct 2019 so I cancelled my sub. Reluctantly I resubbed with the hope they have upgraded or changed but now I'm in Jan 2020 and the same problem arises. Can't stream, kicks me off, takes ages to load, having to refresh multiple times.

I subscribed to the platform, but was not able to stream anything, and the support and help page was not helping my problem. Easy to charge money for soemthing that doesent work.

Ordered it. Started watching shows and it was constantly turning off. The show would stop randomly and makes you go back to the main menu. Worst streaming service. Cancelled the same day.

This is so annoying ever time I want to watch hayu iam kicked out And need to put in a new code, what’s up with that iam ready to get rid of hayu

Absolutely shocking service, the website is one of the worst built ever. Constantly crashes and unable to re-load videos after. They've had numerous people complaining about the same thing but can't seem to be bothered to do anything to fix it.

This website is horrible, Hayu is always crashing down whenever it desires, showing a “error, retry” button that once it’s clicked, repeats and does the same nonsense bugging again. Hayu doesn’t care to upgrade their app and better it for paying customers. The service is absolutely appalling and I wish I could get all my payments for this trash back.

Terrible customer service I got a payment fro Hayu from my bank account, I've never had Hayu immediately contacted them and two days later got a reply saying I had an active account from an email I had 6 years ago they told me to log in to cancel the subscription, I cant do that as never had an account with them. Contacted my bank they blocked Hayu and refunded the money
