So, here is another one. I ended up on this website through a survey website. Never needed the service, never intended to get it, but to complete that assignment. So as soon as I created the account I canceled the subscription. 30 days later, guess what, they took money off my card. I contacted support, told them the story and they said, sory, we don't care the request to cancel the subscription didn't work the first time, though luck, we got your money and we are not going to refund you. I decided to use the app, since I paid for it, but the app just sucks. Crashes a lot. The TV shows they have are simply bad. I would not recommend this service. Avoid!

Absolutely painful to work with this out dated app. Consistently posts online about upcoming show dates that never come through on the correct day said. On top of that it’s incredibly slow ( not just to do with internet ) crashes all the time and barely any Canadian content versus the rest of the world. And you expect us to pay for this?

Terrible, worst streaming app ever. So laggy, it freezes literally every 2 min... I hate it!

One of the worst paid streaming sites. Shows are good but it almost never lets me log on and sometimes doesn’t let me finish episodes. They just don’t work. Site as a whole is completely glitchy and it’s a pain to deal with. I will watch the series I’m watching and then cancel my subscription

Super frustrated. Super slow and glitchy. Always asks me for code to pair my tv. In order to do that I have to reset my cable box and re pair tv. Then later in the day it still asks for a new code. Not worth $6/mth.

I went to create a free trial and the screen glitched when I put my card info in. So i assumed the site was broken and went to another website. I never got a confirmation email about making an account or anything so I had assumed the website was broken. However, I saw on my bank account I was charged 6.89 (which isn't even the subscription price) then another .19 cents the next day. I went to send them a message and cancel my account but got NO confirmation email so that when I knew they were going to probably bill me again. Please do not give these people your card info.
