Tried to log into the app to cancel subscription, couldn't remember password. Requested link to a change it 4 times and eventually got an email. Logged in and couldn't find cancel button. They say it's easy to find but it's not! Had to call the bank to cancel it once a payment has been made so the bank could find the company on my transactions. Awful money grabbing company!

Zero as well. They double charged me on an old email account that is not been active and I never registered with. Its a bogus site and they are illegal. Need to cancel my account now as they keep stealing 10 USD a month. Also, they look into your Facebook and steal your details from there as well. So be careful of these fake sites!!! I know the viewing is great, but they are not legit!

Would put zero stars if I could. Have cancelled but they're still taking money from me. Had no response from them since sending them a screenshot of payment that they asked for. No idea what to do next has anyone had any luck?!

Cancelled but doesnt send email confirmation. Had another payment taken screenshotted this cancellation but again no email proof. So now had more money taken from my accounts... AVOID!!!

I wish there was an option to leave 0 stars cause believe me I would have. This is the worst app ever. Always freezes in the middle of watching videos or the page just crashes and you have to refresh. Horrible selection of shows and the worst part is when you finally cancel they keep taking money out of your account and when you contact support about the situation they will reply you with a case number after which they will ignore your emails and still continue to take money from your bank account for their useless service. Avoid at all costs. Very fraudulent and sketchy app. Just pay for Netflix instead (which is legitimate) rather than this app that is not worth it at all I regret ever having anything to do with this God forsaken stupid dumb app!

Do not use this!! Takes money out of my account every month but I have cancelled god knows how many times! When I was open to trying it and using it it continuously signs me out and takes me 15+ minutes to pair the tv!!! Not even worth the stress.

Very very suspicious circumstances surrounding the account. I made an account and gave my card details for one month free. It was horrendous to use. Nothing would ever work or load and so I couldn't watch anything! After the first month I forgot to cancel it so I went to log in and cancel it. My password was incorrect... okay... that's odd because I use the same password for everything. I requested a password change. The reset your password email would never come no matter how many times I clicked "forgot your password". I contacted Hayu support and they told me that no account existed under that email? Despite me having used that account. Hayu took another payment from my account. I contacted them and they asked for some card details and proof of the transaction. I provided it all and they ignored me. 3 weeks later I have been trying to log in to the account but it failed every time. They refuse to respond to my emails. You cannot simply cancel the subscription through your bank as it is not a standing order or direct debit. I contacted my bank who took it up with dispute claims. I also have contacted watchdog authorities and have been reporting this. After I contacted Hayu and told them that third parties were now involved, I bizarrely received an email saying that my password has been reset? So I tried to log in, nothing, I tried to reset my password, nothing. 2 days later I try to reset my password and lo and behold I can reset it. So I reset it, finally am able to access my account (the one Hayu said never existed) and cancel the subscription. However what is particularly odd is that on my account details my name is incorrect. Both first name and surname have spelling errors. My name isn't unusual however when people see the spelling they think of another more common name and my surname has several spellings. So someone on Hayu has clearly had to unlock or reactivate my account (after they locked or deactivated it - and denied its existence entirely despite proof to the contrary - and after ignoring me for almost a month) and tried to cover it up (after I informed them that 3rd parties would be getting involved) but blatantly failed because they couldn't even input my name correctly. This is insanely dodgy and worrying. Please be very wary of this service and if I were you, avoid it at all costs.

Er nødt til at give dem én stjerne, men i virkeligheden fortjener de INGEN! Dårligste streamingtjeneste nogensinde. Har ikke kunnet få adgang til hjemmesiden siden jeg oprettede en konto, og alligevel trækker de hver måned 49 kr. Har kontaktet dem flere gange uden svar. Totalt scam!
