This has to be the worst app ever, in terms of crashing. It just buffers indefinitely when starting a programme and also takes you to season 1 of everything and then doesn't list the other seasons? Considering its not a free app customers expect better. I don't know about increasing the subscription charges, when the app isn't fit for person. After 2 years and raising it with them, they've never attempted to resolve it. You have to delete the entire app and re download it constantly, we'll today was the very last time, subscription cancelled and wont be even attempting to download it again.

Havde betalt for et år. I det år kæmpede jeg med at app'en crashede ofte (på tv'et). Den husker ikke hvilken episode man er nået til og starter bare på en tilfældig episode man allerede har set. Da jeg havde ca. 14 dage tilbage af mit abonnement kunne jeg ikke logge på mere. Jeg skrev til kundeservice og de svarede tilbage med at de skulle brug en hulens masse oplysninger/dokumentation på jeg havde betalt, dette fremsendte jeg og har derefter intet hørt. Så selvom der står at abonnementet udløber en vis dato, skal man ikke være sikker på dette. Da jeg ser mange serier på denne app, overvejede jeg at betale et år mere, men eftersom de ikke har svaret og hele denne oplevelse vil jeg ikke benytte en øre mere af mine penge på Hayu.

Unscrupulous company Do Not Subscribe! We subscribed for a few month while we watched a series and then tried to cancel. Which is impossible, 9 months later I am still trying. I stopped my Barclaycard payment out of desperation but they still say I have a subscription and continue to accrue the charge. I am unable to pay the accruing balance following their instructions online because my Sky account is up to date, so it says I have nothing to pay and it won't let me cancel it until the outstanding balance is paid. It's such a scam! They do not reply to emails, they just ignore you.

The App crashes constantly, doesn't load, cycles through its very frustrating. It has good content when it works but is consistently unreliable. They are putting their prices up again, if you can find a better app to stream the programmes you like I would look into other apps.

Very poor customer service. I have not used the service for over 10 months, I asked for my service to be unsubscribed and only last month I noticed this company have been taking money from my account. I requested a refund and with all their might they said no refund. I am trying to help people from signing up to this service as I don't want them to suffer the same drama I did.

Worst app with amazing content! App is not easy to navigate. Quite clearly see that it’s just for content and driving revenue. Feels like universal just keep it as a tick along. If the content was available elsewhere like Netflix / Apple / Amazon or others I would jump in a flash. Saves the frustration of the app. Have no had this app over 5 years and still not used to it and hasn’t moved with the times. Still stuck on whatever technology 5years a go

Constant lagging & dropping out. Uninstall, then reinstall etc. Such an annoying app & support to deal with 👎🏼

I have exactly the same complaint as everyone else here. This has been going on for more than six months now. From glitches, signing in problems, freezing programmes, error codes and EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, you name it, it's all there. Everything is wrong with this app. It is so bad I have unsubscribed before the price goes up to almost £53. They tried to trick me into staying by dropping subscription to £22.50. I told them where they could stick their app. I've had enough! If I could give minus stars I absolutely would. Searching for other ways to watch my favourite programmes now.
