S#*t do not waste time/£, shoes are NOT shown same day as US, series stop before actually ending, as well as some weeks episodes are delayed without notice/ explanation.

Please read the other reviews and DO NOT take out a subscription with Hayu. I have had the same issues here they have charged me TWICE monthly and state I have made an account with another email address. Avoid, these people are thieves and scammers and should be ashamed of themselves! Spend your money on Netflix, Amazon prime etc

Snälla bli inte medlemmar! Dem har dragit dubbelt för mig i 6 månader och när jag frågasätter dem så säger dem bara att dem inte mottagit dubbel betalning, vilket är skumt! Det är ett jätte oseriöst företag! Var försiktiga!!!

Awful customer service. I have been charged twice and they refused to refund me one of the payments. Do not subscribe to this channel they will take your money even when you cancel the subscription.

I hate this website. They have stolen my money for the past 12 months. After ending my subscription and not being alerted of any payments, i've lost £60. I feel so upset as i don't have much money. :((

Never posted a review before but the situation with this company is unbelievable. They should be avoided at all costs. I took out a free trail, could never watch anything and cancelled within the time. All was fine and they agree I cancelled within the free trial limit and I have confirmation of this. However for 4 months now they've continued to take payment for an account they insist I have linked to a different email I never use. I've tried logging on with this email, tried asking for password resets and nothing comes through. theyve also never contacted me on this email.This account simply doesnt exist. I'm effectively being held hostage with a continuous card payment that I can't stop because theres actually no account for me to log onto to cancel payment. They have refused to help on every occasion, they could of course cancel from their side, they simply say that i have an account when I don't.

Crooks! I cancelled my subscription and the screen confirmed this but hayu took another subscription payment, I emailed same day but they refused to refund. I had to cancel via PayPal and get the refund that way. They never acknowledged any system issue, I think the pretend cancellation screen is a scam I ended my plan as the video platform is terrible - constantly freezing and very slow, never had issues with Netflix or prime
