DO NOT SUBCRIBE TO HAYU!!! I still want my money back!I subscribed with Apple ID through my phone. AND cancelled WITH APPLE! Still got charges almost one and a half year. One month you charged me twice! I am not giving up and I contacted my bank too! Your way of existing as a company is so wrong!!! Ripping off people who thought they had unsubscribed and through apple who everyone trust when they cancel through them! Why offer subscriptions through Apple if we cannot unsubscribe with Apple!!!??? Worst company EVER...HayU and NBCUniversal!

Constantly asks to be paired with device then I sign in and it says I'm subscribed but yet won't play the shows because it wants me to subscribe? What? It's the worst app, never have problems with any other apps.

Awful. Tried watching a series and the episodes would reach half way through and RESTART completely. Would NOT recommend.

Had my fingers burnt 3 times now with this company- utterly awful. Firstly they make it difficult to cancel the subscription as there is no cancel subscription button. When you think you have actually managed to cancel you suddenly find that they have taken more money from your account & try & claim that you never cancelled. Charlatans and robbers, don’t touch them with a barge pole .

The worst customer service !!! Very unhelpful when trying to issue a refund for a "resubscription" which I DID NOT AUTHORIZE and I didn't even didn't use their benefits.

This is just about the worst designed app I have ever seen. It only works at all about one third of time, and when it does, it pauses around every five minutes. Not that it matters, as it doesn’t work most of the time, but there is also limited content.

There is no unsubscribed button !!! it's not letting me cancel my subscription & telstra is not handling my case urgently. Don't subscribe ...
