Cancelled subscription in January. They admit I have no subscription yet they continue to take money from my account. 7 unauthorised payments for a subscription I dont have. Reading these reviews this is clearly a problem so I have now reported to ombudsman.

I don’t understand how they can charge £4.99 on the hayu app but if you sign up through amazon it’s only £3.99 for exactly the same tv programmes the same service everything. I haven’t used the app in so long because the tv programmes are crap

I’m using apps from iPad to watch Hayu videos and it is terrible. The apps glitches and signed me out everytime. It has been 3 days now. The only customer service is from Twitter. So I have to create twitter to to complain but only the Bot is sending me message. They never reply and look at the problem at all. Hayu has really nice tv shows but worst apps!

Got an email to say the price of by hayu subscription had gone up. Didn't realise I even had it!! I cancelled my standard now tv sub in August last year, and got rid of my stick as I moved to netflix. Looking at my now tv account I allegedly signed up for a weeks free trial in November, and have been charged for it for the past 9 months!!! Customer service wouldn't refund me, even though they knew I had never accessed the service. Had to ask them to completely delete my account so they wouldn't sign me up to future services without my knowledge.... Disgusted

DONT GET they steal your f***ingmoney I set up a trail cancelled it because it’s terrible and they charged me still and after they charged me I couldn’t even use it

The site barely ever works smh. They need to do something, not only is their site rubbish on apps, it's even worse on your pc. I spend a good ten minutes troubleshooting before I can even get the show to play
