Awful player simply put its just so glitchy. Netflix is 10x better! The app constantly goes out of sync with its audio meaning you need to restart the stream every time. The player doesn’t track where you’re up to in a series which is just basic in 2020. Also throws up a lot of playback errors as mentioned by everyone else. Website also has this issue if you want to skip passed the intro if you’re binge watching, it crashes and you have to reload the webpage. The app on tv menu interaction is terrible. Doesn’t track properly and hard to find series your watching. So I use on all 3 devices and it’s crap on them all. Also it advertised a free trial and it charged me. Not bothered as it was only a few pounds but Won’t be subscribing again. Cancelled it straight away.

Made an account on now tv then logged into the same account on my phone and have been charged twice. After hours of messaging both customer support teams who are both blaming eachother hayu have said the accounts on nowtv and the app are completely different so that’s why I was charged twice-after using the exact same email and password you would think they wouldn’t charge the same email twice. Also have a terrible amount of seasons so probably isn’t worth the £4.99 you’re supposed to pay.

Incredibly buggy. Constant error messages. Website often crashes or won't load at all. It doesn't remember your log in details properly, asks you to log in over and over, asks you to accept cookies every time you visit the site. Often forgets to keep track of where you're up to in a series. If the content I want to watch was on a different platform I'd immediately jump ship.

Terrible! I cancelled multiple times and the keep charging my card. I haven’t watched it in months obviously they can see this. There is a glitch in their system and they refused to refund my money. Ridiculous do not give them your information/ credit card info

I've been using Hayu to watch KUWTK and zone out after work. But if I try to go back 15 seconds the page struggles to load, reloads and fails. The quality is also pretty crappy. It's a platform that needs some real work. Doesn't compare to the quality of Netflix.
