Absolutely terrible quality on the app itself and shocking customer service. Various problems loading the app and actually getting to watch anything in the first place however they have also been charging me twice a month despite an ongoing complaint to sort the issue. I have now cancelled my subscription altogether but they are still refusing to refund any of the duplicate payments. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Not worth the hassle, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Awful site unsubscribed last month and they charged me twice!! Then this month they charge me again even though I had unsubscribed. Don't trust this site!!

HORRIBLE STREAMING!! PROBLEM 1- MOST IMPORTANT A REALLY BAD FRUSTRATING ISSUE IS, THE A STAR OF A SHOW IS SPEAKING AND IT DOESN'T LINE UP WITH THE SOUND. SO YOU SEE AND HEAR BUT NOT AT THE SAME TIME. SO YOU HAVE TO REWIND AND TRY TO FIX IT YOURSELF OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. IF YOU DO NOT TRY TO FIX IT YOU ARE WATCHING A MOUTH SPEAK AND YOU DO NOT HEAR THE VOICE AT THE SANE TIME. IM PROBABLY NOT SAYING THIS PROPERLY BUT ITS SO SO AGGRAVATING!!! IT IS VERY RARE THAT I CAN WATCH A SHOW WITHOUT TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM ... 4 TO 6-7-8 TIMES. AND IT HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR AT LEAST A YEAR... WHY THIS CANNOT BE FIXED... IS SO ODD AS HAYU DOES KNOW ABOUT THIS PROBLEM SO WHY NOT FIX IT TO GIVE THEIR VIEWERS, PAYING SUBSCRIBERS PLEASURE, STRESS FREE WATCHING....?? IF THERE WAS AN ALTERNATIVE- EVERY PERSON WOULD SWITCH I AM SURE AS THERE ARE MANY THAT HAVE RATED OR WRITTEN ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. I HEARD THIS USED TO HAPPEN IN THE 1940’ ON TELEVISION. I DID COMPLAIN TO HAYU. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND SUGGESTED THAT I REMOVE ALL THE HAYU APPS FROM ALL MY DEVICES WHICH IS 5 OF THEM. MY TWO PHONES, MY LAPTOP MY 2 IPADS. I DID IT TOUGH WHO HAS THE TIME TO DO THIS? I DID IT, NOTHING CHANGED. I TRIED ANOTHER POSSIBLE WAY- I REMOVED ALL THE HAYU APPS ON EVERY DEVICE THEN CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION- THEN BOUGHT BACK MY SUBSCRIPTION AND RELOADED THE HAYU. I HATE THIS - REALLY NOT A FUN WAY TO ESCAPE THE WORKD AND WATCH TV SHOWS. THEY HAVE A GOOD LIST OF SHOWS - SHOULD BE GETTING BETTER AND BETTER GETTING NEW CONTENT - BUT THEY ARE SLOW. SHOWS LIKE BIG BROTHER OR DANCING WITH THE STARS ETC... WOULD BE GREAT... WAITING. 2 BIG PROBLEM WORTH WRITING ABOUT IS IF YOU WANT TO PAUSE IT TO SNAP A SCREEN SHOT OR FOR ANY REASON IT WILL WORK- AT TIMES BUT IF YOU PAUSE IT TOO MUCH IT LAGS. SO ITS ON PAUSE YOU PRESS PLAY- YOU HAVE TO WAIT AND WAIT... IF YOU PUSH PLAY THEN PAUSE OR PAUSE THEN PLAY YOU ARE LITERALLY WAITING... AND IT GETS STUCK. THE TOUCH SCREEN WILL NOT WORK- EVERYTHING STOPS UNTIL IT CATCHES UP... I NEVER EVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT I HAVE BEEN WATCHING A SHOW AND I AM SO STRESSED OUT. I DONT THINK HUGE ISSUES TO FIX AND NO OTHER STREAMING APP DOES THIS- NOT ONE OF THEM AND I HAVE THEM ALL!! I HOPE THIS REVIEW GETS THROUGH! HAYU- WHY NOT FIX THIS YOU KNOW YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM FOR A VERY LONG TIME. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO REMOVE ALL HAYU APPS AND THEN RELOAD THEM- ALWAYS HOPING IT WILL FIX PROBLEM AS YOU SAID... IT DOESN'T.

SVINDLERFIRMA! Jeg har været i kontakt med dem i 3 måneder nu, fordi de bliver ved med at trække penge. De har sågar sat mine kortoplysninger til en andens konto, så jeg umuligt kunne opsige abonnement selv, og så jeg har betalt for en anden i 3 måneder... De har flere gange lovet at slette mine oplysninger og opsige abonnement, men pengene bliver stadig trukket... Den eneste udvej var at få spærret mit kort, så det har jeg nu gjort. Snydt for penge og en masse besvær, plus ventetid på det nye kort... KØB IKKE ABONNEMENT HER!

STAY AWAY - This company is a con. Even if you CANCEL you will still be charged . I contacted them in Oct since I was still being charged since I cancelled in August. Save the time and do not put your money into this membership , shot Customer Service, shot quality and overall shot experience. I would give them 0 stars but in order to write this review I had to give one. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT JOIN HAYU.

Shocking, constantly stalls thought it was my internet service till I read the reviews, I will be cancelling this!!!!

Very poor video streaming quality. Like an old you tube video when it first began. The app is not very intuitive either. If you want me to pay for this sort your act out otherwise back to pirate streaming in decent quality I'll go.

Terrible streaming service. They charge you even after cancelling your membership.
