Just like everyone else here, I have been charged twice even after unsubscribing. I unsubscribed because the app was constantly crashing and I ran out of patience having to re start it multiple times during a show. Avoid like the plague.

TOTAL SVINDEL!! Aldrig brug den l*rte hjemmeside! Fik nogle dage gratis og er blevet trukket 49 kr. lige siden. Deres support and help system virker ikke, og der er ingen mail man kan skrive til. Ved ikke hvordan jeg skal få kontakt til dem og er godt træt af at få taget penge hver måned. ALDRIG brug den elendige hjemmeside!!!

Don’t subscribe to HAYU. The moment my shows become available on another platform, I will be cancelling HAYU. Technical issue after technical issue. Such a rubbish platform.

DE SVINDLER! Har opsagt mit abonnement i januar sidste år, og de trækker stadig 50 kr. hver måned - et år efter! Jeg troede, jeg havde fået stoppet det, men opdager nu at de stadig trækker penge. Når jeg forsøger at komme i kontakt med dem, skriver de på hjemmesiden, at deres site er i stykker og "årets the buttom below", men der er ingen knap at trykke på. De fusker big time!

Don’t subscribe. I cancelled my subscription and never went back onto hayu until I checked my bank statement and say I was still getting charged. I strongly advice against subscribing instead go for Netflix there are a lot more shows and they do not charge after cancellation.

The service is extremely hard to cancel. You follow the hayu provided instructions and it "requests" a cancellation. I was charged for months I didn't use after thinking I had cancelled the subscription. I had to send 5 emails to the customer support before they finally cancelled my subscription.
