I love the content. But the streaming is so awful. I have to refresh all the time as it cuts out frequently (literally every 10 minutes). Very frustrating. It’s not my wifi or computer as I stream other networks and they are fine.

The whole website is a joke, I have had hayu for a couple years now because there’s a lot of good programs that I like to watch but it’s getting worse. Can it really be that hard to make a decent website. I’m paying for this monthly, it’s only £5 but still. I can’t even watch an episode, it keeps going off. They’ve got mostly bad reviews so don’t know why they don’t do anything about it.

The service is so poor at the moment. No show will play at all, even with the best WiFi signal! Definitely an error on the app as Netflix is playing just fine! I need my fix, sort or out!

Website is so poorly designed and incredibly glitchy. It used to reload the episodes randomly while playing and then full screen wouldn't work. Then updated in the middle of an episode and is now even worse. It won't allow the user to play a certain episode, but rather, you have to click through the full previous episode and then hit next episode on the screen. I honestly want to cancel my subscription because it's not worth the trouble to basically only watch the 2 good shows they have.

Pretty good content but too many issues with app. Buffering starts to be constant after a while. Not my internet. Have it on firesticks and zero issues with Prime Video and Netflix. Only issue is with Hayu and only fix I get from customer service is to uninstall and reinstall app? Yesterday I had to do that more than a half a dozen times? Come on Hayu, pay attention to your customers and get your act together. You have such great potential. I am tolerating for now while I catch up on previous seasons I missed, but will likely cancel out of sheer frustration!!

I found the app works well and it's great to have all these shows, however the episodes aren't complete. Several shows seem to be edited to be shorter and so some scenes are missing. This is frustrating for a paid service

Got all the stuff you wanna catch up on from the very very beginning....well, that’s if you want to watch to full episodes. I’m thrown out of every episod 10 min befor it finishes. And then I need to log in again from the home page, then find the program then find the series then find the episode. Oh, then I need to forward untill I get to where I have to guesstimate I was watching it from. Not cool....sort this out!
