Absolutely shocking and appalling company. I cancelled my subscription in April 2020 and I am still being charged monthly even though I have contacted them many times to stop taking money from my account.

Further to the last review I submitted, I discovered Hayu billed me for access from 3/02/21 however they have cancelled my subscription. Point aside about not wanting to renew after the trial period, they have charged me for no service. I have sent a few tweets and emailed Hayu numerous times without a response. I can't even ring them which is more frustrating to escalate this. It isn't the money it is the principal. You've now billed me from 3/02 and I have no access to Hayu. Why? Never go with them. Getting out of this is so difficult and I can't even speak to someone .It is ridiculous as it is evident they have billed me for no service. There is zero care factor. As I have previously said, zero is too generous for Hayu. I just want a resolution quickly. It should not be this difficult.

AWFUL! Just Awful! Even with a free trial I'll never go back. Nothing but streaming problems, log in errors and general crapness. Just don't bother! Find the show somewhere else and don't waste your time.

I wish I'd read all these reviews before I signed up!! I had the same issues with the poor quality streaming but I pushed through & watched the series I wanted & then tried to cancel my subscription. It is impossible to cancel!! It tells you to go to your account & click on cancel subscription but there is no cancel subscription button! I click on the "contact us" option & it goes to another page that says if the page doesn't load click on the button below but there is no button below! It just keeps sending me around in circles. I've sent a message through Facebook now & will see what happens but I may have to cancel my credit card which of course is annoying! Do not sign up with Hayu, it's not worth the hassle!!

I would give them a negative star if I can! They double charged me(I'm with Telus) and gave me attitude about not refunding. I contacted them right away and even MasterCard and they said they could reverse it! DON'T JOIN!!! AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I have been used Hayu for a while now and liked it, but my experience lately has turned my enjoyment sour, the videos dont play the website has gone downhill from when I joined, not that they where great then but they where okay. With all these complaints you would think they would fix it. I have contacted them twice now, I know there is a virus going on and services may be disrupted but it does not stop them from taking my money. If you are new and want to join think twice, its NOT worth it, I see alot of people are having difficulty cos despite cancelling they still have money taken out of their account. HAYU DO BETTER.

I have cancelled Hayu last year but they have continued to take my money for the past year and wont let me stop it! Fraud!

The least reliable steaming service I’ve EVER used. It’s like they’re programmed it on purpose to crash every 7 minutes. So annoying.
