He is the Director of the thieving GDPR breaching scam artists known and Hayu at NBC Universal. Here’s what I put: Hello Hendrick, Please could you explain why Hayu are taking money from my account? I managed to stop these unauthorised payments last year but since writing to you to get my money and warn you that I will be reporting this as a GDPR breach, you have started taking money again as of 26th February. I don't have access to the email account that I set up my Hayu account with and Hayu are not contactable. Could you explain why the money was taken in the first place and why you ignored my messages including my request for a refund and to update my email address on my Hayu account? ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING !!!!!! Had free trial of 1 account ' finished trial cancelled subscription . Unbeknown to me until I checked bank statement ' hayu have been taking double payments for the last 6 months 'contacted via Twitter to be told check my bank card as it's not on the system!!!!! I don't have subscription they tell me since 2019!! As it was crap never renewed... so if I don't have subscription and u don't have my details 'why the hell are you taking 2 payments a month f0r the last 6 month's... ombudsmen of somebody must be able to help with this they are taking the double payments in by the looks of some of these reviews also ?? This needs to stop ' u must have my details as u are debiting my account yes MY ACCOUNT THAT TOTALS TO 70.00 YOU OWE ME THUS FAR .OH AND I ALSO HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF BANK DEBITS TOO WHICH I PROVIDED YOU WITH VIA TWITTER . YOU ARE CONNING THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY!? WE WILL BE GETTING IT BACK .

I like the ap itself but this company is shady! I noticed that I was being billed twice monthly for months!! Each month it was a few days apart. I screenshotted my bank account to send the proof. They say oh you must have two subscriptions using a second email. SERIOUSLY!?!??! Why would anyone pay twice and use two emails for 2 accounts??? I have ONE subscription NOT two. Obviously it's a scam to get more money. They tell me sorry wr cannot issues refunds after you cancel your account. ITS NOT MY ACCOUNT. Whatever that second email is that they claim is linked to my account is NOT mine and is FRAUD

Great shows... but not always accessible... so paying for bad service

Terrible DONT BOTHER. Only wanted the 1 month free trail and they continuously charged me even after my 1 month free trial ended and I cancelled the subscription. It is a total scam. Spent ages on the phone with them trying to get a refund and they persisted saying that they could not see that I had been charged and instead I should speak to my bank.

Been a customer for almost a year and their coding and server connection is awful. I've been in contact with the IT and they have not fixed anything. They have constant playback errors and it will log you out and you will be unable to log back in for a few days.
