It does not get much worse for customer service. I was a member for 6 months because of one series. They don't even have it out on time its always a few days late. I cancelled they offered me £1 a month for three months. On month 2 i cancelled as i just don't use it and they didn't cancel and charged me £5 again...Its not the amount its the principle so for that enjoy your £5 review.

Every time I try to watch something it freezes, buffers or cancels. The content is great so it's SUCH a shame. And WHAT am I paying for?! SORT IT OUT HAYU

This company are thieves!!!!!! I cancelled my subscription months ago and realised Hayu have still be charging my account each month while I have 0 access to the app. My password and email are not recognised but yet they have taken my money. Don’t subscribe. It’s not worth it. They upload shows very late and by the time they do it’s already on YouTube. Because of the late uploads I decided to cancel it wasn’t worth it. And yet they continue to take payment.... I just realised after 6/7 months that’s £35 deducted. If u times that by thousands of people it’s a lot of money.... I can’t stand company’s that’s steal makes me sick. They don’t even offer a good service hence my cancellation. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

One to avoid. The worst subscription site ever. Only watched it the first few days of a reduced offer subscripsion to find content that is of no interest at all. The audio and video didn't match at times. I unsubscribed over 12 months ago and sent their so called support service a multitude of messages to stop charging my CC but keep getting charged.......AVOID this site.

Love the content but the app is horrific. Never ever works successfully, I feel like I’m Back trying to stream off a dodgey website only I am PAYING for this dodgey app. So frustrating because the content is very good!

Actually awful, can’t believe they’re still in business. I signed up as it’s the only place I could watch the bachelor/bachelorette in the UK, and they were CONSTANTLY late with getting episodes out, with the recent season being massively behind America meaning there were spoilers everywhere. In addition the site is horrendous and constantly stops working, the video quality is so rubbish and constantly drops out, genuinely can’t understand how they have the cheek to charge £5.99 for non existent service. I also use Netflix and barely ever have an issue. The only reason I’ve continued my subscription is to watch the real housewives of Beverly Hills, but now I can’t even watch this as the website constantly stops working! Hayu is an actual car crash and they should refund customers as we can’t even watch what we pay for!

App constantly has issues. Crashes repeatedly; subtitles are way out of time and skip buttons don’t work. Very frustrating viewing experience
