I tried to cancel my free trial a full day before the deadline and the website had so many technical issues I was unable to log in to cancel. The next day I was charged for a full month. Opened 2 disputes and received no help whatsoever. Cancelled my subscription fully and yet it still says I'm still subscribed. I want a refund for the month I tried to cancel (and couldn't through the technical faults of Hayu!!) and I want my subscription properly cancelled. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Thieves. Liars. They claimed (falsely) that I cancelled my free trial 3 HOURS past the deadline, at 4am, and then charged me for a full month. No help from customer service.

The password keeps not working, even though i write it down and it's saved on my computer - i didnt forget it, but i keep having to reset it. then when i want to reset it, sometimes the link does not get sent and i have to wait for days until it works again. very disappointed with this service and would not recommend

I've tried hayu a few times hoping it gets better but the tech problems are so frustrating!! The shows they have are great (Real Housewives, Southern Charm, etc) but it's impossible to watch them! I've never experienced such shocking streaming

It always asks you to complete your subscription when you try and watch a video (even if you’ve already completed your subscription ages ago) so you can’t watch anything until conpleting this subscription that you’ve already completed and it doesn’t let you complete it again so basically you are paying for no reason. This site and app have some serious technical issues.

This website/app is the absolute worst. Don't spend your money on it. Its constantly crashing so you don't even get your moneys worth. It has been a constant problem and they have done nothing to fix it.

Absolutely ridiculous service. Constantly unavailable but they've obvs won the contract for the current real housewives episodes. Hopefully a more reputable organisation will win the contract for real housewives.

If I could give this less stars I would. First of all, it's difficult to use and you can not pause your show halfway through, go to something else, and expect to go back to it. Also, you have to click each episode individually. Thirdly, they don't notify you when it's soon time to cancel your free trial, and then they charged my account 5.99 when I only used the free trial for a day or two at the start and never since I paid for it. So I was swindled out of 5.99 and upon contacting customer service, they won't refund it like any other company would seeing as I didn't use hayu after paying for it and barely even before. I'm really ticked off!
