Absolute con of a company. I ended up paying twice per month due to also installing the app (despite using the same log in details?) refused to refund then ignored my tweets and emails to ensure that I was unsubscribed. I am still being charged despite cancelling my subscription and Hayu are still ignoring all forms of communication. The app is a joke and never works. It’s a shame as it has great content on it. Absolute con of a company.

It’s such a shame, because this service services such a niche market that there is such demand for, however the service is so poor. I reported a technical issue three months ago and despite numerous reminders they have no desire to even investigate, and refuse to provide details of their complaints process :(

My credit card expired at the end of July AFTER Hayu took out my monthly payment on July 28th. One week later Hayu cut off my service even though I had already paid for the full month. They wouldn't turn it on until I added a new credit card. Literally every other subscription service lets you use up the last month you paid for, but apparently not Hayu. Plus the whole site is a garbage, glitchy mess. How hard is it to remember where I left off? Prime, Netflix, Crave – they can all do it?

Literally the worst customer service I have ever known!! My payment comes out of my account every month. I have not been able to access the app for the last week. Keeps on asking me to renew my subscription. I have sent screen shots of my payments at their request (clearly don’t trust their customers) and been ignored ever since. Despite 3 follow up emails. I literally don’t know how these con merchants are still running. It’s a shame 1 star is the lowest I could give you. How about refunding me, as I’m clearly paying for a service I’m not receiving

Absolutely rubbish alot of hype for next to nothing to actually watch when it says reality TV shows it means kardashians and housewives basically and true crime is on Netflix etc anyhow waste of money

Trying to watch episodes and the episodes are out of sync every two minutes you have to go off the app and then back on it all the time for how much you charge for a month should be better then this

Not possible to give zero stars. But Rubbbish Rubbish Rubbish. I had an account before and cancelled as it keeps freezing, making you log in again and again and again. No binge watching is allowed on Hayu. Good luck even getting into your account. Honestly its better to use free pirate sites they are truly no worse than these useless bunch. I have paid 6 months subscription thank fully only £6 but as I cannot watch it that is still too much. My account says paid but cannot watch anything as their screen keeps telling me to renew my subsription. Tried emailing fb msging them. Tweeting. Nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
