The most frustrating streaming service ever. Their app and website has always been fairly glitch and not at all user friendly but now has completely stopped working on my Samsung TV. Contested them and they know there is an issue with the app and certain Sumsung models but don't know when it will be fixed. They just suggested I watched another way BUT it won't work through the browser on my TV either nor do they now allow screen mirroring so I can't even play it on through my phone onto the TV so it's actually watchable. It is an absolute joke.

Have just seen other reviews which say the same. They steal money from your account and then ignore requesys to return it, an absolute scam and I'm having to take legal action now

Absolutely awful service! Constantly crashing and I just can’t get into my programs. I love the content but it’s not being run properly at all. There is a problem also with the voices being behind so I have to keep stopping and starting again. It’s currently crashed again right now and I know it’s not my internet as everything else is working! Customer services is appalling and they have never got back to me. Sort it out!

The WORST TV provider. It's a bunch of knobs that work there who don't know how to provide a service. I've had it for over a year and the app constantly asks me to pair my tv minimum once a month, worst customer service. Not user-friendly at all.

They charged me for 6 months of subscription without even warning me. I would have never agreed to that since their service is terrible and the app keeps crashing. Such a scam!

Charged me twice for over a year and then when I found out they wouldn't give me my money back and wouldn't shut the account down. They kept saying I had to cancel it myself even though the email address they said I had opened the account with didn't exist. I had to contact my bank and then the bank blocked Hayu from taking any more of my money. AVOID!!

It has to be the worst service provider I have ever came across. The app is the most anti user-friendly app I have ever stumbled across. The staff do not help at all and a solution is never found to any problem. WORST SERVICE EVER!
