Asked for a refund as I was subscribed to their streaming service but wasn't using it at all for a couple of months, but they refused to give me one. The only streaming service I've encountered so far like this, every other one will gladly track my streaming (in)activity and provide a refund accordingly. I know now which streaming services to go back to and to avoid.

This is probably the worst streaming app!! Always have to delete and reload. Customer service sucks… no matter the issue, you get the same predetermined response!!

Worst company! I have been charged for a cancelled subscription for over 12 months now. They do not respond to emails or any enquiries. They stole my money! WHERE IS IT HAYU?

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They’ve been billing me twice for a year. I’ve cancelled my subscription and they’re still trying to take payment and have yet to respond to the 9 emails I’ve sent to support. It’s crazy. They steal from their customers. The app is ridiculously glitchy too. It’s out of sync most of the time

I have signed up twice with Hayu. Due to so many problems first time I finally managed to work out how to cancel my subscriptions & the second time, after so many emails to them with no response or support the only way I could stop them debiting money from my account with no access to Hayu was to cancel my credit card. They are absolutely useless. It’s unfortunate they will continue to make money from errors only and not good support or access to shows

The shows are 10/5 stars but the app is just so terrible. No matter where you use the app, on your phone, on the tv and even on my computer's browser, it's just not working most of the time. I hope they fix the app by the new RHOP season is on.

Cancelled subscription several months ago and they keep taking money, when going through their customer support process none of their links work and you can’t sign into your account or speak with anyone as there is no phone numbers, I am now on hold with the bank trying to stop them that way, they are a joke of a company do not use them
