Episodes are consistently late and you have to go on Twitter to find out when they will actually arrive. The final for the Bachelorette was out on Mon and Tues in the US and it's Friday and they've only just put Monday's episode up. Where is the second one?! They were both supposed to be up on Wednesday. Annoyingly I have already seen spoilers so I know who the winners are, what a let down! I will be asking for a refund as they are regularly not delivering what is promised.

Still not uploading episodes when they are scheduled sometimes days late at a time and no care for customers or replies to. Implants on social media platforms - each post has complaint after complaint messages to them but they don’t take any action

THIS IS THE WORST APP EVER THEY ARE ROBBING Theivs YOU PAY THEN YOU CAN'T LOG IN THEN THE DIRTY THIEVES TRY TO GET YOU TO RE REGISTER A PAYMENT PLAN THIS IS RUN BY ROGUES AND PEOPLE SHOULD REPORT THEM TO THE POLICE! DO NOT PAY THESE SCAMMERS1 CENT !!!

Avoid. endless problems: could not log in, videos would not play, sound but no audio and ADS for a paid service. Spend more time emailing customer service than watching anything. customer "service" is a joke.

En croyant au bout de quelques temps ils aurait mis des sous-titres. 4.99 euros dans une déception.

They’ve been charging every month since for a service I cancelled in December! Do not use, they answer your first email ask you for your details and act as if you never had an account in the first place, replied to the the first email they sent with details and they resent the exact same email, I’ve been trying to contact them for months now and absolutely no response it’s shocking avoid at all costs, I now have to go to my bank to see if they can help me but it’s been 8 months now of charges that I’ll probably never get back, so upset at the treatment I’ve received from Hayu

I have been being charged twice for a few months now and I emailed them around 3-4 weeks ago and still no response!!! The app is also glitchy! The customer service is shocking. I will never get the money back now because they fail to reply and there’s no other way of contacting them!!! Avoid using Hayu at all costs!!!
