HAYU was cancelled on only day 2 of a 7 day trial…I double checked this and it was cancelled after following their guidelines and instructions. Within my rights! On day 8 I have since had TWO amounts of £4.99 debited from two of my bank accounts totalling £9.98 for something I CANCELLED. They refuse to refund both unauthorised transactions and they do not have my consent. I’ve sent various emails, screenshots and messages!! WORST SERVICE - legal advice has now been taken.

worst experience, please please do not subscribe, every time I try to connect, it does not connect the way Netflix or Disney does , completely not updated,not worth the money I pay at all, shocking compared to other networks

What a waste of money paying for an app that keeps freezing and booting you off saying try again later! You pay a monthly fee but you don't get a months worth of streaming because it's freezing and booting you off. I am moving onto another app as this one is useless and support team too are useless as they don't help with issues

Rip off and they ignore your tweets. I’ve been paying £5.99 for 2 years for a service that does not work. Apparently it’s been cancelled but the debits from my PayPal account would suggest otherwise. If someone who reads this review could advise on how to cancel, that would be great because HAYU sure as hell aren’t helping me. Requested a refund and ive been ignored. I’m hoping the Real Housewives franchise soon leaves this terrible streaming service.

Worst streaming service by a country mile. It's the only streaming service I know that promises to deliver episodes of shows on certain days and doesn't get through a week without an issue. It's usually about 50% or more that are late or missing or not working. I have tried with the app, through Amazon and NowTV. Customer service only fob you off. It's really shocking.

Paid for 6 months worked for 2 then stopped and kept asking me to renew. No help from Hayu said it was an applied problem even thought it’s clearly an app issue. Scam. Waste of money. No support from Hayu at all

Subscribed for 6 months. Money deducted from account instantly and two weeks later I still can’t watch anything as it still asks me to renew subscription and pay again. It’s a rip off. No support from Hayu at all Apple TV should be ashamed of them selves having this on their system. Don’t waste your money.

By far the worst streaming service I own. The worst part is that it won’t play from when you watched last. So whenever you open it, you have to scroll and find where you were at. As soon as another streaming service comes up that plays reality tv, I will be leaving Hayu. I cannot wait for that day.
