Annoying adverts which cannot be skipped. Still can't delete downloads. Programmes good, user experience terrible. Hayu ignores customer issues. Been 4 months yet I still cannot delete. Guys user experience should be top priority !

I have been waiting for episode 12 of the Bachelorette which is overdue when it is suppose to have been shown this week especially when we should be getting episodes earlier.

Great to access all the real housewives and the same day as US, but it is a disgrace that we are expected to watch ads for a paid streaming service!

good content - but a tad more expensive than in america for no good reason the most infuriating thing though is that I have purchased hayu app through amazon to watch on my fire devices (£4.99 a month) then amazon wants to charge me again (£4.99 a month) for watching the same content through their amazon video (the only app i can access on my new tv) terrible amazon implementation - and bad on hayu for letting this happen

It’s ok, don’t find it as bad as others have reviewed but I think the fact that they’ve started playing promo ads before your selected episode of something when ur a paid subscriber is WRONG!!! This isn’t a free trial, I pay, stop wasting my paid time, I paid for it! The ads will do nothing but make me stop paying. Doesn’t track where u are in a series etc. doesn’t even track last watched, actually getting more annoyed with it as I type and think I’ll unsubscribe! Hayu, ur basic!!

Similar to other reviewers, sound and picture quality is noticeably worse than other platforms. Wanted to binge watch new series of Below Deck. Working perfectly on Netflix, All 4 and Amazon Prime. But when trying them on Hayu, the quality drops and the sound in particular is appalling. It's like they've over-compressed it, perhaps to save their bandwidth and costs.

Subscribed to Hayu solely for my partner to watch Below Deck as an additional subscription in Amazon Video. The video quality seems fine it's the sound, it's awful, it's so compressed. The content NEEDS to be re-DELIVERED to the streaming platform. I AM CANCELING AFTER MY TRIAL!!
