The Hayu app needs major UX improvement. It's hard to navigate. There are also ads even though it's a paid-for service. You can sign up for a free trial, but be cautious, you will be charged for the entire year if you don't cancel in time. Their customer service is inconsistent. They are less than understanding and robotic. I don't recommend.

”Ops! Something went wrong” comes up every time I try to watch. So it stops working for hours… Should I really be paying a monthly fee for a subscription that doesn’t work?

The worst app! Pay a monthly subscription and I’m forced to watch an add every time! That’s if it will even work. Constantly getting playback error message after playing for a few minutes. Sort it out!!!!!!

Det er umuligt at opsige aftalen. På trods af at vi har logget og vertificeret billeder i omrking ½ time.

Have not been able to play downloaded shows (getting and error) for last few months. Emailed support 3 weeks ago and no reply this is unacceptable!

After having issues cancelling our subscription we sent out a message and still have not heard anything (its been 5 months and 3 attempts to contact them). Shocking service!! We are very disappointed, and had to cancel our card so they would stop charging us.

If i could id give this 0 stars some shows dont have the full episodes for example love island season 10 they bring out 14 episode .. the season is done and to top it off it aired in june and its September.. and you still cant load all of them ?! You do this will alot of episodes even vanderpump

Crap. Crashes every 3 seconds. Get peacock instead
