terrible. I'm paying for a app that not releasing the episodes over Christmas not happy I want money back next time warn you're customers

Same as previous reviews!! I think there is no one available at customer service!! I have subscribed for years but when it comes to actually viewing i cant access my account! Contact customer service on 2 seperate occasions they ask a question i reply and they disappear!!! Im fuming! Nobody has time to watch tv its only on holidays i wanted to log on and uv taken the money but not provided a service!!! Shameful!!

I paid for a subscription which I never received. I reached out to customer services that asked me some questions, which I answered, but they have since ignored my emails. I have asked to cancel my subscription.

I’ve been a customer for a long time and im sick of this “oh it’s a holiday let’s hold back on all the new episodes “ and make them wait till the new year. Then we’re getting money for nothing guys. Well this customer is sick of it and no more for me thanks. I’m signing out for the last time

Worst Streaming App I have ever used. Freezes every episode, doesn’t register where you are in series/episode so constantly having to rewatch and forward episodes to work it out. Makes you sign back in every few days on tv. Customer Service absolutely no help. Considering this review is the same as many from months ago they clearly have no desire to sort this out. Terrible for a paying streaming service. The free channels apps all work 100 times better than this one!

Such a buggy platform, makes you log in nearly every time, freezes a lot, throws up errors '0033' and '0032' and the help centre just repeat the same thing - pls delete your cache and try again, even if you tell them you've already tried that. No other streaming channel has this issue.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE THE CUSTOMER IS SHOCKING AND MISLEADING THEY TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY REGARDING ANY ISSUES YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR A FREE TRIAL ON YOUTUBE OR AMAZON THEN GET CHARGED RANDOMLY TO YOUR SURPRISE I WAS LIKE PIGGY IN THE MIDDLE I DIDN'T KNOW WHOSE TO CONTACT FOR A REFUND LUCKILY I GOT MY BANK INVOLVED ANYWAY THE SERVICE IS POINTLESS.

What an absolute con 1st you pay monthly for prime only to start watching programmes that half way through a series or the 3rd season in and you can’t watch anymore, you have to pay for hate, so u think well it’s only £5 more a month, right, then you start watching a series get half way through the 2nd bloody season and hay presto you cant watch anymore unless you pay a stupid amount of money!!!! I am so sick of tv people taking the p*** and rinsing normal hard working honest people out of money!!! Shame on you all I hope you rot in hell
