I like calling them and talking asking questions concerning coffee. And knowing that my order will be delivered within a very short period of time. I enjoy whole bean dark roast which I share with friends. I would like to have them make a calendar showing their farm and operation . So I could point out to friends that this is where my coffee comes from.

Item was shipped on time and arrived by the estimated delivery date. Super happy with my purchase!

The order was received by my intended recipient (my son). It came from "True Ohana Coffee", not Hawaiian Queen who was confirming my order. This confused me. I had problems tracking it. Someone (or I?) forgot to put my name and address on the shipment package as the sender (the gift giver). My son did not know it came from me. The tracking number gave only the zip code and city where it was delivered!!! This was a headache. So I had to ask my son today if he got an early Christmas coffee in the mail. :>( He did. so all's well that ends well, as they say :>)
