The first shipment of coffee I received from Hawaiian Queen Coffee was excellent, very smooth and delicious, so I bought another. Unfortunately, the second order so far has had a bitter taste to it, not as smooth tasting, nothing like the first batch I had. Very disappointed as it is not cheap. A real shame as I was very much looking forward to getting it. Probably will be trying another brand.

Disappointing. I decided to give Hawaiian Queen coffee based on reviews. I have been drinking Kona for 40 years, decided to give this company a try. I was very disappointed in the grind, smell and taste of the coffee. Virtually no flavor at all.

This was my second order, and the coffee arrived quickly with a strong fresh roasted aroma. However, I’d ordered Full City Roast for the Extra Fancy, and received the Medium Roast I’d ordered the first time. In the 8 days since delivery, during your business hours, I’ve been unable to reach anyone on the toll free number (“all circuits busy”), emails are returned as undeliverable, and no ne has responded to my messages n social media, or via the website comment section.

First, I send an email letting HQC know of a problem I am having placing an order --- no one ever responds. Second, When I do receive the product, it is perhaps the worst coffee I have ever tasted! I kid you not. It had no coffee aroma out of the bag or while percolating. And of course, the flavor awful. I would suggest HQC make available to their customers "sample packs" where they can pick and choose maybe 3 or 4 types in small packages to try them out. In my case, I paid $50+ dollars for a bag of coffee that was junk!

This coffee is the best coffee at its best but often you end up paying $80 per lb for dry, old, awful tasting beans they scraped off the ground somewhere and threw a peaberry label on.
