The 100% kona Coffee didn't taste like it was freshly roasted, as requested. I may be wrong, but I don't think so

The coffee is so good. The coffee was prepared well. I must say I am loving the coffee and it has since become my addiction to buy coffee from this guys.

I had pure Kona many years ago, lots of mild flavor, creamy in the mouth, silky to the tongue. Every cup the same. Had never experienced anything like it before or since. So this isn’t fair to you, as it just doesn’t compare. Purely a matter of personal taste.

I ordered coffee a 3 years ago it was the best order again about Year and half ago it was not as good order again month ago not as good as the first I order the peaberry all the time very expensive I think I will try different company next time

While I enjoy Hawaiian Queen Coffee, twice I placed orders without using your promo code. When I immediately requested an adjustment to be made to include your 10% discount, no one returned my call or answered my inquiry. What's most annoying isn't the discount but lack of customer service. I love all of your coffee and will continue to be a loyal customer but hope that you place customer service high on your list.

No expiration date no directions had a smoky burned taste.

you did not send tracking # after being asked for it twice. pkg arrived later than it was supposed to. you did call me back but after 24 hrs. If they like the coffee I will probably consider you again but Not sure
