Hawaiian Queen CoffeeReviews of hawaiianqueencoffee.com

Quality of the coffee is great. But the box for the travel size packages is too small and cannot close properly.

It was sent to my friend in Plainview NY. He said “It was very good, thanks” I’d previously sent a pound of Vienna roast from Mountain Thunder Kona and it was off. Over roasted, crumbly and not packaged air tight. Weird. So I sent a replacement from you. Better.

The order was received by my intended recipient (my son). It came from "True Ohana Coffee", not Hawaiian Queen who was confirming my order. This confused me. I had problems tracking it. Someone (or I?) forgot to put my name and address on the shipment package as the sender (the gift giver). My son did not know it came from me. The tracking number gave only the zip code and city where it was delivered!!! This was a headache. So I had to ask my son today if he got an early Christmas coffee in the mail. :>( He did. so all's well that ends well, as they say :>)

The Extra Fancy is excellent but a little pricey. Mom is a Trader Joe's fan and says she can get several pounds for the same price. I will come back for more but go for the Private Reserve. From roast to my house was very speedy so excellent service!

Although the coffee flavor was superb, it took three times longer to arrive vs CoffeeAm which was ordered within the same hour. Also, one would think at the price of Kona Coffee it would at least come in resealable bags. Although the business practices seem average, the Coffee is much better than average and thus motivate us to reorder.

Quick delivery . Not as great as I was expecting , as far as taste .

Was a Christmas gift and the recipient loved it!

Delivery should be to door, with no extra charge. Fed X for sure. Pkgs get to hot in the group mail boxes. Temperature can reach 120 in inside the mail box in summer.
