Good product and good email order tracking and usage instructions.

Worked really well on my larger knives although it took quite a bit of time to get the new bevel established. The issue I had is that it only worked on my larger knives. The smaller boning and timing knives were to short to use the system. We need to sharpen those as well and I had to resort to my diamond wet stone for those.

It works as advertised, easy to use and my knives are sharper than my inexperienced efforts with my whetstones make them.

The first time using this knife sharpener it took some getting used to. My knives did sharpen quite nicely. I am sure with a little more practice this Hatori knife sharpener will make and keep all my knives razor sharp. I do like the ease of using this sharpener and allowing exact angles for my assortment of knives. This is a very good product and worth the money.
