Great product that performs as advertised!

Fast and reliable delivery, very good product

Great product and good customer service

Hatori sent several emails before delivery making sure I knew what to expect & how to use the sharpener. The chef's knife was a thrill right out of the box, & then using the sharpener on my old knives was exciting. I'm now obsessed with the pleasure of using well-sharpened knives. And the new one gleams & is beautiful to look at as well as to use!

Although it took some time to get the knife sharpener, I love how easy it is to use and how clear the instructions were.

Finally, this tool is the best sharpening device I have ever used. It replicates industrial sharpening techniques, with the diamond surface it should last a lifetime, thank you so much.

hard to believed but everything says about Hatori sharpener are true, it really work as great as advertised.

It was the best and easiest way to sharpen a knife. It delivered what it said it would. I have sharpened the knives i have, and I am more than pleased with it. It is highly recommended.
