The product is great and does what it claims. My biggest problem is with the size of the block. Long knifes the block is to short and when you get to the end your blade moves out of position. On thick knifes you have to find the right size cutting board for each knife. Could you make a longer block with a height adjustment. That would really be a game changer. But as I stated in line one the product delivers all that it promised

The sharper is the best I have tried. Also «this sharpener is the only one you need «. The knife? I ‘m not sure. I have one from Hackman, Finland that has been my favourite for around forty years. Very thin steel you can bend like a sword. A sign of quality I have heard. A five dollar knife but worth hundreds. Sorry I can’t put them up against each other for the moment. I would love to buy your 7-knives set but I have now around 14-15 different knives, so I can’t.

My new damascus knife did not arrive sharp. It's a beautiful knife though which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Thankfully I bought the sharpening kit which will fix it right up!

Overall it was a good experience, the website is pretty clean and no last minute "offers" that would otherwise drag out the check out process. So far i have sharpened 2 of my knives at home and I will say the edge is holding up pretty well. Honestly I didn't think that rolling the sharpening drum would work well as i have always used a whetstone. Hopefully this edge will last longer than anticipated. Great product overall. Shipping was okay overall.

Order process fine and actual product excellent. 4/5 ? It would be 5/5 if the rolling sharpener sharpened my deep Chinese knife. This knife is deeper than the roller. I use a book to lift up the roller this does have stability issues. Similarly with very small vegetable knife but the opposite issue. The blade is shallower than the magnet block. These issues are not clear in your advertisement or your over simple instruction leaflet. Otherwise the roller sharpener does what is described in your videos.

Worked well at first try. Directions could have clarified which angle for US vs Japanese knives.
