Same as everyone else… scammed. Fake order number no updates or response from the company. 140 pounds down the drain!

This company are a bunch of cowboys. I oredered 2 knife sharpeners from them. I received a shipment notification from them but stating that only 1 unit had been posted. Only 1 unit was subsequently received. I wrote to advise of the problem but thave received no acknowledgement at all of my complaint. Shocking way of deling with a genuine complaint

The unit was totally incapable of sharpening knives. I concur with other reviewers that it was a total waste of money, and should have read reviews before buying!

Hatori Kinzoku 錦属 Series – Titanium Cutting Board - this is NOT 100% titanium - just plain old stainless steel. Too complicated and expensive to send back - total rip-off …AVOID!

100% Scam. Knives pictured arent what arrived. Poor quality! Massively over priced for a generic chinese laser etched fake damascus on blade

I’ve been had too. After ordering their knife sharpener (should have checked Trust Pilot first) I have received multiple emails from their ‘shipper’ inviting me to track my delivery. When I clicked on this option I was told I would be charged £1 and asked for my credit card details. Not bloody likely. If the sharpener ever turns up I will be gobsmacked. SCAM.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Delivery took weeks and weeks. Zero communication when I emailed them, cheap feeling products when they finally arrived. Heed the warnings from everyone, buy elsewhere.

This company is pathetic. In your best interest, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Their return policy is totally misleading, they have terrible communication skills and if you buy anything from them, plan to keep it because they will rip you off otherwise. They have a One(1) STAR Rating for a reason. This is my own fault for not researching them before I purchased anything from them. A lesson learned but I want everyone else to be aware as well.
