I’m not a chef, I’m an old lady of almost 84 and I like my knives sharp. I found this equipment very easy to use and now my knives are nice and sharp. A quality product that I wish had been around years ago. Highly recommended.

Hi Jax, Thank you for the lovely review. We especially liked that you found it easy to use and that your knives are sharp again. That is all we hope for. Eighty-four and keeping her knives sharp. We think that says everything. Warm regards, The Hatori Team

Honest straight forward presentation of a product that, in use, dose exactly as it say on the tin. Easy to use in practice and quickly restores the cutting edge to a condition you could expect on a brand new knife.
