Easy to use and perfect sharp knifes

This knife sharpener is fantastic. I’ve always bought knives and within days they have lost their edge and I have been unable to keep them sharp no matter what I have tried. This takes all the complexity out of the process and really does work. I have an old chefs knife which had massive pits in the blade due to sharpening attempts. It took a little while but these are all now gone and I can slice a tomato again! Absolutely delighted with the sharpener, which is beautiful quality.

I've purchased many knife sharpeners over the years, this one is the BEST. It took a minute to figure it out, but, in the end, my knives are sharper than ever.

The sharpener worked as advertised and did a wonderful job with my knives.

Quality product which arrived within a reasonable time. Knives are sharper !

The sharpener works well. I may order the finer grits.

The Hatori knife sharpener is brilliant. So easy to use. I love how sharp my knives are now, given that I hadn't a clue how to sharpen knives properly before.

Product was easy to order and works as advertised.
