Excellent high quality product that actually does what they say. Can't recommend it highly enough

I love the product! The sharpener delivers a razor sharp edge every time.

I have had numerous sharpening devices over the years and , yes, some were just ok but the Hatori was outstanding. It does take , as the instructions say, 5-6 minutes the first time but after that, WOW!!!! Highly recommend this sharpener.

I was nervous of internet orders but other sharpeners have not worked for me. This really dose and is fun and easy to use.

Product was exactly as advertised. I have struggled using a whetstone but this is so much easier and my knives are sharper than ever.

Ordering from Hatori was easy and not complicated. The product arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what was ordered.

It is exactly like I hoped for it! All my knives are sharp now and it is like a meditation to sharpen them :-)

Love my sharpener. My oldest knives are performing much better with this product. A valuable investment.
