The product arrived as promised, very well made and well-packed. From order to delivery, it did not take long, and I received several updates during the process. The visual directions are easy to figure out and I was immediately able to sharpen my chopping knife. One addition I would like is how many repetitions of the sharpening are recommended for the blade to be perfectly ready. This sharpener promises to be one I won’t ever have to replace!

It took a few tries before l felt confident in my use of the roller sharpener, but it really is a simple operation. I've sharpened all my knives, and have the pleasure of cutting and chopping with little effort .

Communication between purchase and delivery were superior.

Great communication from the Hatori team throughout the process - including instructions on how to use the sharpener so I was ready to hit the ground running. I am struggling a bit sharpening smaller kitchen knives so perhaps some advice on that would be useful.
