Difficult to sharpen smaller knives like steak knives for exampme

Good product, as described. Used to sharpen many kitchen knives. Did not take lo g at all to figure how to use.

The knife sharpening roller with double-bevelled magnets is easy to use right out of the box. One end of the magnet block has a 20-degree bevel for European knives. At the other end of the block, the bevel is set at 15 degrees for Far Eastern knives. I found this very useful. I purchased a set of titanium frying pans recently. They came with a free gift of a Japanese-style carving knife in a presentation box.

I wrote a review on Oct. 5th to complain about an order that wasn't delivered when they said that it had been. I received the order a few days later. With that said, the company deserves an updated review. The product and company is great.

This is the first time I've used it. I'm not sure I did it all correctly but the knives seem sharper to me.

Not really like your add, maybe I need to practice a bit more, on the other hand, it only works for large knives, not pearing knives or similar sizes :(

It's an amazing product--the only reason I didn't give 5-stars is the ad said there would be a leather strop in the box, but there was not.
