Have bought twice. Excellent product. Will never use any other knife sharpener

Very well made and easy to use!!

Although it took a bit of time for it to arrive, it was beautifully packaged. While waiting, helpful emails kept coming, explaining more about the product and how to use it. My goal is to buy good knives in thrift stores, that need a good sharpen, and donate them to an organization that helps people get into housing, and needing kitchen supplies. My own knives are currently sharp, and I haven't used the product as of this review.

Or la à great tool. I also have the SHANZU wet stone sharpener. Tout HATOTI roller is #1 on my list. One observation: while sharpening a knife I notice that the fine side of the roller was comming apart, so had To screw it back on.

The product is in itself very well designed and presented in its box. I gave it to my son who was very, very happy with his present. He promptly sharpened all my knives for me, even a small pairing knife that had been blunt for years is now razor sharp again. Delivery was unfortunately not satisfactory because the service that is supposed to deliver never brings my packets to my address! They leave it in a pick up point and then send me a mail to inform me that I was not at home! I am disabled and I am always at home. You would be advised not to use GLS as they are unreliable, please use the national Postal service of Austria.
