El producto responde a mis espectativas. Es un producto muy equilibrado se mire por donde se mire. Me satisface mucho.

I'm a disabled Navy combat veteran and unable to sharpen knives with my old stones anymore. Hatori sharpener set has given me the ability to have sharp knives again with the ease of use. I only wish I could purchase the extra finishing stones at a lower price. Very happy with purchase

Does a great job.

I have a set of Enso Japanese knives in my Home kitchen. I purchased a wet stone to attempt to sharpen, but as a novice, I was nervous and afraid to ruin the knives. The Hatori with it’s magnetically anchored angle holds the knife in place firmly, while simply rolling the barrel up and down the length of the blade, and then turning it around to polish a few times worked incredibly! The knives are now like razor blades! Sharper than when I bought them new. Very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend this product.

I purchased the Hatori sharpener because all my knives were dull, and I found sharpening them properly was really difficult. Using the Hatori sharpening system worked great and was really easy. I liked how the knives were held firmly at the proper angle making it easy to assure you were getting the proper edge and that the roller has two different ends with different sharpening coarseness. All my knives are now sharp, and I have passed the information on to friends. I am one happy customer!

Great product, arrived on time in neat packaging. Works really well with the knives.
