I was insured with another company that I had had for several years. When it was time for my insurance to be renewed the insurance, in spite of no accidents and no tickets. I called only to be told that maybe next 6 month it might go down. I went on line and did a search for quotes. I received several and they were about the same price. Then I got a call from Hartford and was place in a Que for Joshua Kinder. He went over the plan with me and then he quoted me a price that I really did not want to believe. I told him that I was going to call around and get back to him. I took his info and his personal line and ex. I was pleased to call him. He was very professional and yet very friendly. We sort of laughed about vacation time. He took my info on line and gave me the details of what to expect in the mail and sent me some info via email. I am very pleased with him and his service.
