HarppababyWe at Harppa believe the most meaningful parts of parenting aren’t always the biggest milestones they’re the little moments in between. The quiet victories. The messy beginnings. The shared smiles that make it all worthwhile. That’s why we create baby gear made to grow with families and support them through real life not just the picture-perfect parts. With simple design, lasting quality, and care that shows up in the details, our products are here to make everyday parenting feel a little lighter, a little kinder, and a lot more connected. But Harppa is more than what we make its the community we build along the way. From first-time parents to growing households, we show up to support, listen, and grow together. Every product is a promise: to last through more than one child, to adapt as needs change, and to help families spend less time worrying and more time enjoying the moments that matter. Because when we invest in the little things kind words, good design, shared support we create something lasting. We create a world where families feel seen, supported, and never alone.

Nordi foldable toddler tower looks great in pictures and promotion but this product was disappointing - I can’t even use it! Harpababy gave me a defected product, missing bolts and safety stickers were unusable. The quality of the wood looks cheap, had white stains on it like they try to put super glow and fix the issues before sending it out. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I received an item at my baby shower, upon opening it, it was missing all of the hardware. After several back and forth messages, they indicated that the item had been returned/refunded already. Although, I am not sure where my gift was purchased or what exactly happened prior to receiving it for them to indicate it has already been returned/refunded, they are refusing to send me replacement hardware and are no longer responding after I asked about purchasing the hardware out of my own pocket. My only option at this time is to go purchase a replacment item and be out the additional money. Their response time is atrocious and they only respond between 6pm and midnight. I am completely disappointed in this company and their inability and unwillingness to work with me to fix an issue that started at the company level aka not putting hardware in the box prior to shipping it out.

This store is a scam. I tried to return a defective item, and they said they would issue a full refund without me having to return the product. It has now been over four weeks and I have still not received a refund. They continue to give me the runaround and random excuses for why they cannot issue the refund. I will not purchase anything else from them, nor do I recommend their products for others. Scam store at its finest.

They are a SCAM!! They advertise things not in stock, take your payment and do not ship item. They do not have a working phone number either. The number on the site is fake. Be ware!! Terrible service. I never got my item, thank goodness I purchased with credit card I could report to.

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience, but we couldn’t find any email or order record under your name. Could you please let us know where you placed your order and share your order number with us? It’s possible the purchase may have been made through a non-official seller, which could explain the issue. We’d love to help you look into this and make sure you’re supported properly.

The One star is for the fact that I received it in decent timing and it was already put together. It feels unsafe, the safety bar is wobbly. Seems easy to tip.

We’re truly sorry to hear this, and we completely understand how concerning that must feel. Thank you for letting us know about the wobbly safety bar; we’ve already shared this with our product team to review right away. Our customer service team will also reach out to make sure everything is properly taken care of for you and your little one.

I ordered through a baby website. Clicked on the recipients address for it to be delivered there. Instead it was delivered to my house bc you went by the Apple Pay address instead of the website. I reached out and you refused to redeliver to the mom to be. So I lugged it to the Parcel Store in my town and paid $40 more to have it delivered to the right address. Never again Harppa.

We’re truly sorry for the trouble this caused. Normally, we’re able to update the shipping address before the order leaves our overseas warehouse. In this case, because our system is set to ship automatically within 12 hours, the package was dispatched before any changes could be made. Once it was with the carrier, we unfortunately couldn’t intercept it, which is why the address couldn’t be modified. We understand this led you to spend an extra $40 to get it to the right place, and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Our customer service team has already reached out to you to follow up.

Beware of terrible return policy! They make the buyer cover return shipping, which was fine with me, but if you keep scrolling to the bottom of the returns page, you'll see they also charge a "25% restocking fee". So many brands care so much more about their customers in today's world than Harppa does. I will not be buying from them again and most definitely will be sharing this information with every young parent I know.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly understand how frustrating unexpected return costs can feel, and we’d love to offer some clarity on this. Many baby product brands in the U.S. — including Delta Children, UPPAbaby, and others — also apply restocking fees ranging from 20% to 30% for non-defective returns. The reason behind this is that baby products require the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Once a product has been opened or shipped back, we can’t verify the storage or handling conditions during transit. To strictly follow international infant product safety guidelines, these items must go through an irreversible disposal process, even if they appear unused. For items that are unused and pass our triple inspection process (packaging integrity, safety check, and hygiene evaluation), we regularly donate them to families in need to avoid waste. This inspection and donation process also incurs significant operational costs. As a young brand, we’ve chosen to be transparent rather than quietly absorbing or hiding these costs in product pricing. Return shipping and inspection fees together typically account for around 25% of the product price. This is why our policy clearly lists the restocking fee toward the bottom of the page, so that everything is upfront for our customers. We’re truly sorry this experience felt disappointing, and we appreciate your honesty. Our goal is always to offer the best products for families while staying committed to safety, integrity, and community care. If you have any questions, we’d be more than happy to discuss further.
