For how expensive the Nordo tower is, the screws were SO difficult to install- I had to take a few breaks and my fingers hurt for a day. I am also disappointed in the quality of the main platform- the seams where the wood is pieced together are not smooth. Overall though it is a very sturdy piece of furniture and I think we'll get a lot of use out of it over the coming years.

J’ai dû attendre 3 semaines pour la livraison, et le produit n’était même pas en stock. Pas de service client réactif, juste un message automatique. Je ne recommande pas.

Nordi foldable toddler tower looks great in pictures and promotion but this product was disappointing - I can’t even use it! Harpababy gave me a defected product, missing bolts and safety stickers were unusable. The quality of the wood looks cheap, had white stains on it like they try to put super glow and fix the issues before sending it out. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I received an item at my baby shower, upon opening it, it was missing all of the hardware. After several back and forth messages, they indicated that the item had been returned/refunded already. Although, I am not sure where my gift was purchased or what exactly happened prior to receiving it for them to indicate it has already been returned/refunded, they are refusing to send me replacement hardware and are no longer responding after I asked about purchasing the hardware out of my own pocket. My only option at this time is to go purchase a replacment item and be out the additional money. Their response time is atrocious and they only respond between 6pm and midnight. I am completely disappointed in this company and their inability and unwillingness to work with me to fix an issue that started at the company level aka not putting hardware in the box prior to shipping it out.
