Total sham…..Chinese products that are total crap. Sure wish I had seen the reviews before buying. I am out $75.

The quality of the product was so poor and completely misrepresented by the online photos- 100% synthetic although the listing said "fully breathable fabric". I asked for the "30 day full refund" and instead they offered "a one-time goodwill resolution- 30% cashback" for an $80. dress! I ended up submitting documents to challenge the purchase with my credit card and was refunded in full. I will never buy anything from them again - poor quality, doesn't follow through with their advertised business practices.

This is the worst on-line company I have dealt with. Very poor quality, The photographs on line are very misleading. The actual item looks nothing like the ad. The company is not based in Boston but in China. There is NO brick and mortar store. Getting a refund is a complete hassle, if you get one at all.

Absolutely all the reviews are 100% correct. Garbage quality... ALL. I wish I should have checked the site first before I bough it. It is just a waste of money .... it is not as the picture in the site .. garbage complete garbage. Danger, danger, warning about purchasing from this company because of deceptive practices. This is actually a shell company that holds a Boston, MA address but is really Zhang E-Commerence LLC. I was sent the wrong size shoes from what was ordered, all their fault as they agreed. They agreed to sending the right size and no return necessary for the wrong size shoes. One month later after back and forth emails they will not send the correct size unless I pay to send the wrong size back to Hangzhou Sumai Technology Co., Ltd. 3rd Floor, Building 3 No. 55 Yifeng Road Xiasha Street Qiantang District Hangzhou City Zhejiang Province China at my expense. If I don't send the wrong shoes back they said I would get a 40% refund. I know by now I will never see that refund. I have found they hope just go away and give up. Be very careful of ordering from this company.

Quality is poor. The store front on their website is non-existent. The address they have on the website is a appears to be a multi-family home in a residential neighborhood. Most importantly, their Return Policy is a fraud. They will repeatedly try to negotiate 10% or 15% ( you keep the unwearable item)or a credit. When finally pushed for an address to send merchandise, turns out there is no company or business at this address in China.

DO NOT PURCHASE - Worst shopping experience of my life. They won't cancel orders or refund orders - the items are a scam, the entire business is a scam. They should be sued into oblivion for what they are doing to people.
