Harland ClarkeReviews of harlandclarke.com

2 weeks for $6 standard delivery. I didn't even know 2 week shipping was a thing. They do not tell you unless you call. Thank you very little. $6 for 2-week delivery. As someone who owns a small ecommerce store, I can tell you that is robbery. From a company that is doing hundreds of thousands of orders. Just blatant robbery.

This has to be the worst web site and customer service I have ever experienced. The web site will only allow me to order 80 checks...not more, not less. Those will last about 4 months. After rooting around for 15 minutes, I tried to call. You cannot change your order quantity with their automated attendent, and you cannot get to a customer service rep, no matter what buttons you push. I have now wasted over an hour trying to buy checks. I will NEVER try to buy checks from these morons again. There has to be another solution. I bank at Huntington and these morons are their default check supplier.

Ordered checks through my bank on 2/28. Shipped on 3/2 to NY from TX. DHL delivery tracking ended on 3/7 in NC. It is impossible to reach a HUMAN at Harland-Clarke. My bank knows less about this order than I do. DHL has no great record regarding shipping, apparently it is used in the US because it is the rock-bottom cheapest. So now I have checks with all my personal info, and bank account # floating around in NC. Don't use this company.

Ordered 2/17, 3 weeks and still not received. Bank just full of apologies but no help. Will never use again

Reordered personal checks. In addition, purchased two check registers. The checks arrived 8 days later however the registers did not. I called the 1-800 customer service number and after going through the numerous "press" this number stuff, I was simply hung up on.......on each of multiple attempts. I was never able to speak to a real person nor seek an answer as to where my purchased check registers were. I also used the "Contact Us" email inquiry.......twice. Still no response to that inquiry either. Terrible customer service

Security concern and failure to deliver checks ordered through my financial institution in a timely manner. Checks were printed about a month ago, seem to be lost/very delayed in shipping. My bank was able to provide a tracking number that indicates one carrier (DHL Commerce Solutions) tendered the package to another unnamed carrier over three weeks ago. When the bank contacted Harland Clarke, Harland Clarke agreed to provide a replacement with express shipping. Harland Clarke told the bank’s associate that the missing order of checks will show up eventually, but provided no explanation for the delay and apparently isn’t making any effort to locate the missing checks. The bank said this has been happening sometimes with Harland Clarke orders. My impression is that Harland Clarke does not consider security in shipping to be important. Receiving another set of checks will not solve the problem that a box of checks with my name, address, bank, and account numbers is missing and could be used fraudulently.

Checks that I ordered.. (that they claim they would send me an email upon mailing them, which never came). Have apparently been mailed but never arrived. Their atomated system claims they were mailed on 2/6. It is now 2/16.. Calling the company to speak to anybody is an impossibility. There is just the phone tree that will eventually take you to a place that says you can speak to somebody and then they hang up. I guess I'm forced to go to my financial institution and change my bank accounts. Harlan Clark is expensive, and totally INEPT !! I wish I read all of these negative reviews before I used them. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH GOLDEN 1 THAT THEY USE THIS COMPANY.

If I could give a Zero, I would! I trust Costco to use reputable and quality companies for their 3rd-party vendors. I bought an ink stamp. It came, with the plastic broken into 8 pieces, plus cracks in the other. Not wrapped inside at all; just mailed in a light bubble wrap envelope. There is no way to return/exchange an item online. You have to either call them M-F or email them and hope they read it. Terrible, terrible. I will never buy anything from a Costco vendor ever again.
