Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware Sent out close to expired product and then refused to correct problem. There response claiming I asked to keep product is a Bold Faced Lie! They not only sell OLD Stale Products there comments to refute there poor business practices and trying to blame customer is despicable. They even had the nerve to blame me for NOT reading the fine print. Yes, if you happen to scroll through all the pictures you may happen to catch that tiny date! After reading more of the Hagrave customer experiences It is easy to determine that they are quick to refute any negative comments to protect there bottom line. The product purchased was from Mason Vitamins and a quick phone call to Mason determined that Hargraves does not purchase there product directly from them but uses a middleman or wholesaler. The use of this wholesaler or middleman could create quality control issues as far as product authenticity and Most definitely leads to longer shelf times. This longer shelf time decreases products potency and should be considered when being lured in by Hargraves attractive pricing.

Mysticguy, Let's tell the whole story, the product you purchased had the expiration date of 4/2020 listed on our website and it showed in the images we have listed of the product. We did not refuse to correct the problem, you bought 3 of the product and when you received them figured out that because you bought 3 and only take one every other day it would exceed the expiration date. You wanted to give one to a friend then have us reimburse you for the shipping charges. We offered for you to send the product back to us and we would give you a full refund, you chose not to do that. We have an excellent rating for not only customer service but backing our products. We did not blame you for not reading the fine print, the expiration date is not in fine print, its listed clear as day!
