This is the second time I’ve ordered from Hargraves OTC and again the online ordering was very easy and I received my medication quickly! Not to mention the money I’m saving from not having to purchase this from Walgreens!! I love this company! It’s now my go-to store for my OTC meds.

I have not received the items I ordered...you mentioned it was received October 17 but where?

Antonio, I don't recall seeing an email from you or getting a call regarding your order that you have not received. If you contacted us directly we would have looked into this for you and would have resent your product. I clicked on your tracking # through USPS and as of 10/21 it said it was still out for delivery, which means your order is most likely lost in the USPS world. Please know once the shipments leave our facility we do not have any control over the mail system, we wouldn't know that you have not received your order if you didn't notify us. I have opened a case for your order through USPS and will be more than glad to rectify this issue. Although you will need to reach out via email @ [email protected] or call our Customer Service Team @ 315-887-5199. We cannot resend an order with just the bad review you left us.
