If there were a box that allowed negative stars I would have selected that. By far the biggest joke in customer service I’ve ever experienced. I have spent so many hours trying to resolve why they randomly suspended my account then all of the back and forth getting absolutely no where. I’ve sent all verification multiple times . They don’t care and frankly I feel like I’m being played with intentionally . I have had it with the games this horrible 3rd party company hired by hard rock to handle the hard rock bet is by far the most incapable I’ve ever had to deal with . At least I see I’m not the only one with the same issues . I’m going to push this to the top enough is enough. I deposited money they lock my account over 60 days ago with my money held hostage . Not going to put up with it any longer . I’m calling my bank to get my money back!!!! This 3rd party company should be out of business immediately and I hope it happens

scam. I bet and once i won and withdrew they immediately suspended me with no communication on the issue after providing them with the requested materials tk verify my identity. Its been 21 days and I doubt i will see my money if i dont take this to court.

But then we put money on every single option except 0 and 00. Guess what happened? The next FOUR spins were all either 0 or 00. Yes, you read that correctly. The odds of that happening at a casino are astronomical, maybe even impossible, but it happened. You know why? So they could take our money. Don't believe me? Go ahead and try for yourself. I have won i have lost.in boxing..but hardrock bet rulea on soccer is a scam a fraud.i bet Over. 2.5 meaning it will be 3 points no less .the game endes 3. 2..i was like got it ..i won.did not win.soccor reg.play is 90 min.after 90 minutes if its tied they do extra min..its not said that on hardrock bet..so i lost because the over 2.5 waa after 90 min.but the other apps still pay you as long its not penalties in wish i understand.so do to that im out

This has to be the worst app ever. I urge you not to put in any money. Odds are terrible, and stay far away from the slots. I have deposited almost every day for more than 2 months and not once have a gotten any thing. Biggest scam ever!!!
