COLD and OLD! Plus I have a problem with Hardee's raising prices so high that the cheapest burger is $5.00 yall are crazy been eating there my whole life ( a long time) but NEVER AGAIN

Very disappointed in Zephyrhills, FL location. Ordered 10 chicken strips and not only were there somewhat burned, the price changed for $11.99 to $18.99. Also, I ordered unsweet tea and clarified twice that it is unsweet. I even asked when she handed it to me if it was unsweet. She said yes. It was sweet when I drank it. I called up there to let them know the chicken strips were alittle burned and the employee said it was because they had old oil and we're waiting on delivery of new oil. If I was diabetic, I would have ended up in the hospital and Hardee's would have has a lawsuit.

Horrible delivery timing, it was says 25-35 min and now it’s 2 h and food is not delivered! Never order from them again , waist of time , better choice other place there is a lot of options all over Dubai !and call center is useless they can’t assist you for anything. Food arrived cold and some of items was missing .

It was the worst service ever. This is why I never eat at Hardee's in Douglas. They only had three people working. But they were not very busy at all. But acted like it was killing her to wait on us. Keep say excuse me a minute to wait on drive thru before us on the inside. Which they was a girl waiting on the drive thru too. They were out of all sauce BUT ranch. we were very disappointed. Got the hamburger wrong after I told them just how we wanted it. The lady Donna W keep interrupting me every time I tired to tell her how I wanted it. I would tell her no Mustard and all she heard was mustard. She needs to learn to listen to the customer. The place was very dirty! The tables looked like they had not been cleaned at all. The kitchen part was nasty too.

Husband got breakfast sandwiches, sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. Took a bite, not bad, took another bite... HOLY SALT! I couldn't even sense my taste buds anymore. Chugging water did nothing. Please for all that is good, slow down on the sodium! That's just awful. 5 sandwiches in the trash. I could honestly crunch on salt. Very very bad.

Excellant experience. Customer service was top notch - friendly, professional and knowledgable. SAMANTHA M. The meals were good and hot and great taste. Courteous manager - we appreciated her speaking to us about our experience.

Why would HARDEE'S STOP HAVING CINNAMON RAISINS AND BISCUITS...I WILL NOT EAT THE CINNAMON ROLL.... I TRIED IT...IT IS NOT GOOD AT ALL... I WASTED MY MONEY

I order it on 3 to 6:40 he took 3 hours and didn’t came very bad restaurant when it came it was cold.
