I can't believe I spent money on food that I would not feed my dog. I live 3 mins away and this food must have been sitting for hours. I was like no way they served this horrible food. I will never eat at any Hardee's again. I'm really upset how you think this was ok to let go to the paying custer

They have no customer service skills. She watch us standing there waiting then she finally came to take my order. Then she walked off leaving my co worker standing at the counter another employee had to take his order. My hotdog bun was so hard I couldn't eat it.This is at the store in Hartsville I will never go there again.

East Main street Tupelo, MS location. Ordered the big ham and cheese, got the small one. Was told that's how the big one looked. It was clearly the small sandwich as it looked just like the picture of the small one on the board. Refused to give me the one I paid for. Then yelled "have a nice day" as I was leaving. Lousy customer service

We stopped in at the Hardee’s in Parkersburg wv on 7th st and orders 2 cheese burgers and the total came to $10.00 plus tax and they wasn’t even that big we will not be returning very expensive for a fast food joint

Kennedy Drive East Moline, Illinois is location is the absolute bottom of the barrel. Too bad 'cause they used to be one of the best. This April, one employee behind the counter used profanity towards me and threatened me with violence, then went into a tirade. They're so desperate for help so they hire scum like this. They need to be shut down.

ordered online menu delivery. 1/3 lb angus burger 2 of them. I have ordered 1/3 lb burgers several times. The 2 burgers we ordered were very small. Definitely not 1/3 lb ers. They even looked smaller than 1/4 lb ers. They refunded price of 1 burger. Not for both. plus delivery, service fees came close to $45.00. Worse expensive burgers we paid for. Use to recommend. Now buyers BEWARE !! WE WILL NEVER ORDER HARDEE'S AGAIN

Always went to Hardees when I went to Faribault Mn because we don't have one near use. Roast beef was my go to but never again. One slice folded over and was dry. Called them they said they weigh it. LOL Reg. fries were soggy and greasy. What has happed to Hardees. My daughter and I got 2 meals. $20. Raise prices I understand but less food and bad quality. Come on.
